  • Develop and monitor social media marketing strategies based on the nonprofit’s target audience and historical analytical data to effectively promote the services and products provided through the nonprofit’s main program, the Teacher Resource Center, to increase teachers’ participation.

  • Deepen relationships within the educational community by mass communicating Teacher Resource Center and STEAM Lending Library schedules, opportunities, and updates to partner school staff.

  • Coordinate and market school supply drives with local businesses and community members.

  • Assist with data loading new school and teacher information into Salesforce.

  • Oversee shopping inventory and product restock to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our teachers.

  • Coordinate with Volunteer Program Manager, Operations Coordinator, and Operations Manager to ensure adequate volunteers and restock of product for Teacher Resource Center.

  • Train volunteers and applicable staff to perform check-in and check-out tasks and assist with product restock, tidying, and organization of the Teacher Resource Center.

Focal Organizational Goal #1

I will utilize the weekly Think Tank to develop and present TRC offerings geared towards specifically enhancing efficiency. Efficiency will be measured by using the following methods: calculating thru-put times for various TRC layouts, collecting data at the end of the shopping survey, and through other means that will be determined within the Think Tank. I will produce and distribute a monthly report detailing thoughts and ideas from the Think Tank.

Focal Organizational Goal #2

I will facilitate the movement of information between the Program and Advancement teams. I will meet monthly with Alioune to discuss the Social Media needs of the TRC and collect information from him in regards to engagement with TRC-specific content. This information will be used to gauge participation and forecast growth in upcoming FYs. Agenda items will be added to at least one POM Meeting per month to discuss this information with the team.
